A little bit about me
Hi there, I’m Camille, a certified life coach with a background in psychology and a passion for supporting mothers in creating a fulfilling work-life balance.
Originally from France, I’ve travelled the world before settling in sunny Brisbane, Australia.
I was previously a biomedical researcher in the high-pressure world of Academia, an experience that taught me firsthand the challenges of juggling a demanding career and motherhood.
As a mum and step-mum of three, I understand the mental load, the guilt, and the constant pull in multiple directions. Over the years, I’ve intentionally learned to cultivate a positive mindset, set healthy boundaries, and apply mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques to stay focused at work and present at home.
Today, I use my lived experience, along with coaching and counselling tools, to help other mothers redefine success on their own terms and thrive in every area of their lives.
